Dimitrios Pavlos Katsouris

Dimitrios is an attorney with extensive experience in Corporate & Commercial law, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Foreign Investments. He specializes in the areas of Startups, I.P. & Technology, Private Equity and Investment Funds.

He is involved in both the legal and business aspects of advising Startups and Companies from pre-seed to later stages of maturity both domestically and internationally. He has provided Startups and/or Companies with tailor-made legal solutions particularly when dealing with international investors, specifically with regard to issues such as Corporate, equity and asset structuring and governance.

With combined experience in real estate and foreign investments Dimitrios is in a position to provide specialized end-to-end services across all aspects ranging from a simple sale & purchase and the investment visa program to complex investment structuring and specific investment incentive laws and fast track procedures.

Dimitrios has advised major international institutions in their capacity as subscription guarantors for the rights issue of Greek banks. He has advised foreign and domestic clients on all aspects of the law with regards to Securitization and Covered Bonds, the implementation and compliance with the MiFID, Collateral, Prospectus Directives and the Underwriters Regulation.  Providing custom-made solutions for investors and companies addressing cross-jurisdictional vertical, horizontal regulatory and structural concerns.
