Greek Investment Visa: Residence Permit
In accordance with Law 4251/2014 non-EU nationals and their family members with the acquisition of property in Greece of at least €250,000 may obtain a residence permit and access to the EU Schengen zone.
Non-EU nationals may obtain permanent residency for at least five years (which is renewable) with an option to become a citizen after seven years.
The investment residence permit allows freedom of travel throughout the European Union Schengen zone.
The applicants’ family members will likewise be granted entry visas with the same application. This includes spouses and children under the age of twenty-one, and also direct relatives in the ascending line of both spouses (eg. parents of the spouses).
